Synopsis

A family of five who lives in the rural area of Japan, like every family in the world, they all have to deal with ups and downs in life as a family. One day, they found out that their mother Yumi is dying of a incurable illness. Yumi made promise to herself, before she leaves, she has to finish her job as a mother, a wife and a daughter. The painful news also has put a huge dent on a family who has been struggling financially. The three kids are doing their part to help out as well, the oldest daughter Michiru who is doing most of the house work, has decided not to attend college to save money. The oldest son Gou is working at a gas station who uses all the money toward Mom's medical bills. The youngest son Horo, a fifth grade, who has a dream of saving the world, has teamed up with his buddies and has formed a " Rainbow Fighters" trying to save his dear mom's life.

Yumi has been the glue of the family and she is extremely worried about what will happen to her family . She decided to ask her father to be the guidance for her husband who is a taxi drive and to take care of the three kids after she is gone.......

In this heart-felt and realistic family drama, you will find maybe love and one common goal does united a family together.
