A young man Ukyo Tatsuya making a dangerous change in life after dropped out of high school. Tatsuya enters the Kamuro District, city of power and desire. One rainy day, he goes into a loan shark's office alone to take the money, and he meets Toda Naoki, the director of Kuki Group, Toda and Tatsuya have a fierce fight but Toda lose to Tatsuya, his blood spread over the floor. Finally Tatsuya's destructive attack had taken Toda's life away, Toda's body sprawled across the floor without so much as a twitch.
