Countless unknowns attacked the Institute of Supernatural Power Development. Even the mobilization of G3-X was in vain and the institute was destroyed. In the chaos Sayaka and Rei-two kids, who possess supernatural powers, escape. A few months later, the unknowns appear again, this time targeting Sayaka, Shoichi, who is acquainted with Sayaka, transforms into Aghito, and G3-X also rushes to the rescue.
