These villainous detectives, who stop at nothing to solve cases, use other evil ways to close in on the bad persons targeted and hunt down criminals through actions that are barely legal. Despite such devious action taken, they always arrest the ultimate villains in the end. Then, Satonaka Keiichiro (Koizumi Kotaro), the new head comes to the Fourth Sub-division.
