Unlucky and getting older model Mei Pao, Tang (Cheryl Yang) had a life full of shits. She was abandoned in her infancy. Now she lived with her nanny-grandmother who got amnesia and seemed getting more and more seriously. The worst was her younger brother who always got some troubles to let her deal with. Even the boss in the company didn't have any good intention for her but try to lay her off. When everything seemed against her, a handsome man broke into her life. His name was Ming-Tai Fong and he called himself Denis (Eric Suen). Denis's approaching Mei Pao was for the house that lived Mei Pao and her grandmother. The house would affect the fate of both.

One large company aimed at the house and the eldest son of the owner wanted to get it by force. Denis was thinking about to get with his ploy, unlike his brother. The two brothers bet on who could get the house more quickly and was the winner.

Denis was busy pretending rushing to buy a house. In the mean time Mei Pao was busy earning more money and trying not to lose her job. Denis and Mei Pao lived in two completely different worlds. Strongly sticking to each others principles to survive in the world, the 2 persons fell in love accidentally.

There was a supermodel named Judy (Janel Tsai) who owned fames and wealth and loved Denis intensely. Judy tried to get in the relationship of Denis and Mei Pao and interfere...
