1. Has my order shipped?
You can easily find your order after log onto ZoomMovie account, your name will appear next to the user icon on top of every pages, move the mouse over your name, a dropdown menu appear and it contains a link My Order, you can view your order status there.
2. I placed order directly, I don't have an account, how am I going to view my order?
You can view your order at Track Order page, the link is always available at the bottom of pages. You may have to provide order number to view an order, you can find the order number from Order Confirmation email.
3. How to track order?
Our main shipping agents are FedEx for expedited delivery and Post for registered mail. However, the delivery may sometime distrupted by pandemic and we may use other shipping agent to complete the shipment. Afterall, we provide tracking number for every shipment and you can track the delivery with a link at My Order page.
4. What is the region of your DVDs?
About 95% of our DVDs are Region All and the disc will work fine with equipment worldwide. In any case if you have purchased a region 3 DVDs and you are resided outside region 3, we will notify you via email before shipment.
5. Is your DVD authentic or copy?
All DVDs sold by ZoomMovie are produced under proper license by Authrised Publisher. Brand New in factory sealed with government enforced authenticated label & hologram sticker. The label and hologram sticker cannot be tampered with or removed without leaving a mark.
6. I receive a defective product, what should I do?
Please contact us immediately or you may refer to our Return Policy exchange and replacement section for more information.
7. How much is shipping cost?
Shopping cart system will calculate shipping cost base on the product weight in the shopping cart and your destination country. You may also refer to shipping table at Shipping Policy for more information.
8. Is there any hidden cost?
No, you pay for the product price and shipping cost only, we will arrange the product delivery to your door step.
9. Is the custom tax included in the price?
No, recipients are responsible to pay for any incidental charges for your local customs tax. Not all the product will be levied by customs tax, buyer must aware that some destination countries randomly select and collect customs duties for products imported into their countries.
