How to pay online?

Our online Merchant Account is provided by iPay88 (http://www.ipay88.com). We accept 2 types of credit card payment (Mastercard & Visa). The billing will appear as "iPay88 - ZoomMovie.com" in your credit card billing statement!


Is it safe to pay online?

Can I pay with Wire Transfer, Western Union, moneygram or Telegraphic Transfer?

Yes, we accept direct deposit payment by either the 4 methods mentioned. Direct deposit can be done with Telegraphic Transfer, Wire Transfer and moneygram whichever convenience to you to our company bank account, while Western Union Transfer is only available for personal payment, this type of transfer will have to go through a personal bank account only.

  • Qty for each movies
  • Full shipping address

ZoomMovie.com will update your order into our system and make stock reservation for your purchase. You shall make direct deposit payment after reviewing all informations are correct. The parcel will be shipped accordingly upon payment confirmed.

Can I pay with money order or Personal check?

No, we do not accept money order or check payment.


What is your privacy policy?

We do not collect or store customer's credit card information in our database, neither online nor offline. Any purchase made by customer will be billed by iPay88.com and appear as "iPay88-ZoomMovie.com" in customer's credit card billing statement.

However, we do keep some basic information regarding you (Name, Address and Contact). This information is used only for ZoomMovie.com operational and promotional activities and will not be distributed/sold to any third parties.


How to place order?

It is easy to order from ZoomMovie.com; below demonstrate steps by steps to place an order:

  1. Login to your account; you may register new account if you do not already have one.
  2. In any page within ZoomMovie.com, browse for the titles of your interests, click on the poster or title to view the movie details.

  3. At the detail page, you may review the description and all the features' information provided, click on "Buy Now" button when you're satisfied.

  4. These will add the movie title to shopping cart.

  5. This is the step 1 of Shopping Cart before checkout to make payment; you can make changes to your order items with shopping cart:
    • To change quantity :
      Change the quantity at the 'Qty' column.
      Click "Recalculate" button.

    • To delete an item :
      Click "Remove" button on the entire item.

    • To delete all items :
      Click the "Empty Shopping Cart" link.

    • To continue shopping :
      Click the "Continue Shopping" link or any link on the menu to browse movies catalog.

    • To change billing / shipping address:
      Click "Edit Address" button located at below of address table.

    • Select Shipping Method:
      Select your prefered shipping method, tracking availability and review the shipping fee.

    • To proceed checkout :
      Click 'Continue to Checkout >>' button.

  6. At shopping cart step 2, review your order items/products and the address; scroll down to select your prefered payment method. This demonstration selected iPay88 Credit Card payment method.

    Note: By clicking button "Pay By Credit Card (iPay88) >>", you will be directed to secure payment site.

  7. iPay88 Secure Payment Site (This is an 128 bit SSL Secured Site); review the contents carefully:
    • Description should appear as "Purchase from ZoomMovie.com (Invoice No.:xxxxxx-xxxxxx)"
    • Confirm the amount is correct.
    • Fill in Cardholder Name
    • Fill in the Card Number
    • Fill in Security Code of your Card
    • Select Card expiration date
    • Fill in Card issuing country
    • Fill in Card issuing Bank Name
    • Select Credit Card Type (Visa or MasterCard)
    Click on "Payment by Credit Card"

  8. You will be redirected back to ZoomMovie and there is message stated whetehr your payment is accepted or rejected.
  9. If in any case the payment is rejected, you may have to check with your Card issuer on why the payment is rejected, and place the order again.
  10. When the order placed successfully, you can click on the link "Track Order / Sign In" to review this purchase records.
    You will be receiving 2 confirmation emails of the purchase within second; First email from iPay88.com and the second email from ZoomMovie Support Team.


Can I place order by phone or fax?

No, we do not accept order by phone or fax.


Track Order Status

When you login, you will be first viewing the purchase records made at ZoomMovie.com; if there is new order in progress, click the detail link to view the stock progress.

When the parcel is shipped, and the shipment is make via FedEx, you will notice a "Track Delivery" link to direct you tracking delivery status online via FedEx's website; you can obtain the estimated to arrive date from the site.


I have placed new order a few minutes ago, but the order does not appear on my account.

These usually happen to PayPal customer when you register an email address with ZoomMovie but used another email to make payment from PayPal. PayPal sent the order details with instruction that this payment is made by another email address.

At the menu bar:

  • Select "My Profile"
  • Select "Change Address"
  • Click "Edit Address" Button
  • Fill in "Secondary Email"
  • Click "Update Address"

Should the order still not appear on purchase records table, contact our customer support.


The email address registered was no longer valid, I am using another new email address.

Changing email address is a common practise, however, our system use email address to identify each customers and orders, you are not allowed to change the primary email address through My Profile option; kindly contact our customer support to change the email address.


Are you carry adult movies?

No, We do not carry adult movies.


What is Region of DVD disc?

We have stated the region code for each DVDs, you must always check the region code listed for each DVD movies.

Is it legal to buy DVDs from ZoomMovie?

Yes, all DVDs carry by ZoomMovie are distributed by Licensed Publisher in Malaysia and Brunai. There are 2 types of tag came along with each DVD which they were authorized by:

Kementerian Perdagangan Dalam Negeri Malaysia (Ministry of Trade Malaysia)

Perbadanan Kemajuan Film Nasional Malaysia (National Film Development Corporation Malaysia)

  • You should check if there are lisenced publishers in your country who publish the same movies.
  • All films and sountracks sell at ZoomMovie are for home use purposes only.


Are you repackaging your product before shipment?

No, we do not repackaging products, they will be delivered in their original packaging from manufacturer. All products are shipped in new and sealed condition.

In any case if we need to do repackage to suite shipping requirement, we will be sending notification to obtain your approval before we make any changes to the products.
