1. Standard Airmail Delivery

1.1 Standard Airmail Delivery is the most common delivery agent worldwide; the parcel will deliver to your door step by your local postal services.
1.2 You must ensure to provide a reachable shipping address by your local postal services when choosing this delivery option. Customers who stay at hostel, hotel and/or any shared accomodation address are advised to choose other delivery options.

  • Online delivery tracking is not available.
  • ZoomMovie.com is not liable for any lost of standard airmail shipments.

2. Registered Airmail Delivery

2.1 Registered Airmail Delivery is an addition services to Standard Airmail; the parcel will deliver to your door step by your local postal services.
2.2 You must ensure somebody is available to accept the parcel and sign receipt. Most of the time, your local postal services will drop a notice to request for collection should you not available to accept the parcel.
2.3 Online tracking of delivery is available in most countries, below listed a few; please check on your local postal services official website.

2.4 Cautious:

  • Registered Airmail Delivery will not ship to PO Box and/or APO AE/FPO AP addresses.

2.5 Shipping Duration is same as Standard Airmail Delivery, kindly refer to table 1.3.
2.6 Shipping fee - Additional US$ 2.00 for registered label, please refer to table 1.3 for Standard Airmail fee.

  • Online delivery tracking is available.
  • Registered Airmail Delivery is guaranteed; ZoomMovie.com will reship a replacement parcel for lost delivery.

3.1 FedEx Express Delivery is a guaranteed, fast and secure delivery method.
3.2 Online tracking of delivery is available when sign in to "My Account"; or, you may also track delivery status at FedEx's official website

  • FedEx Express Delivery is guaranteed; ZoomMovie.com will reship a replacement parcel for lost delivery.

4. Customs duty and sales tax

There is no sales tax charges or value added taxes (VAT) when purchase at ZoomMovie.com!

Some destination countries collect customs duties for products imported into their countries. All customers are required to check with your local authorities on this issue; customers are responsible to pay any incidental charges for your local custom duties.

ZoomMovie experiences to ship throughout worldwide, please send us email if you are to assure no tax charges applied to your parcel.

There are no tax charges in USA for product value below USD $250.

5. Return And Refund

ZoomMovie provide 2 types of Gurantees to customer who purchase our products, customer must notify us within 14 days after the arrival of parcel.

  • Unopen Return
  • Defective Return

5.1 Unopen Return can be claimed if you do not open the products and return them in original packaging. We will process full refund of the product value (except shipping fee).

5.3 Defective Return can be claimed if you found defective on our products, you are entitled to give either instructions listed below for compensation.

  • Replacement disc - customer return defective disc for exchange, your return shipping fee can be converted as discount bonus for future purchase.
  • Change Title - You may request to exchange with other title if in case of all stock carry by us contain similar defect. The exchange title must be in similar value to return product. your return shipping fee can be converted as discount bonus for future purchase.

Note: You must notify ZoomMovie before return any products, we will send you "Approval of Return" email and instruction on how to return a parcel.

Note: We insist on standard airmail delivery for return products, all discount bonus will be calculated base on standard airmail rate.

6. Do you delivered worldwide?

We gladly ship anywhere worldwide.

We accept shipping to diference shipping address from customer's billing address with below exception:

  • We do not ship to other country then your billing address; provided you are a regular customer.
