  • Following the events of "Sword Art Online II", Kirito, Asuna and their friends start playing a new game called OS (Ordinal Scale), which is different from the games they've played before. In this game, each player will be promoted according to their performance with the lowest ranking player having the highest risk to go against players with higher ranks. However, Kirito and his colleagues found something amiss when they stumbled upon a giant of Aincrad, the world of the same game where they had been trapped for two years.
