Synopsis
Some people strive for success to seek their parents’ approval. However, when their moment of success arrives, they may find their parents are no longer around to witness it, making their success meaningless. Show Me Your Love takes the audience on an emotional roller coaster ride as it explores the timeless theme of family and the importance of cherishing one’s parents when they are alive.Story begins with the return of Si Nin from Hong Kong when his beloved aunty passed away, and he meets with his mother, Yao Oi during the funeral. Yao Oi is suspected of mental illness where her condition is sometimes in good or bad. Si Nin realizes that Yao Oi is also suffering in terminal cancer when he plans to place Yao Oi to an old folks home before he heading back to Hong Kong. Hence, Si Nin decided to stay back to accompany his mother till end of her lives. Si Nin feels very guilty when he found his childhood drawing art where he drew Yao Oi’s wishes, and they are still yet to be achieved. Thus, Si Nin decided to fulfill all the wishes with Yao Oi. During this period, they gains precious moments where they had miss it for over 20 years.
