Synopsis
After King of Gamblers King (Andy Lau) and his buddy Skinny Dragon (Cheung Ga-Fai) defeated Ma Gau-Wai, they have been great partners. Together with Dragon’s cousin Smarty (Chan Pak Keung), they swindier a huge amount of money out of the wicked Big Eye Man’s underground casino. When the trio is about King and Smarty are taken away by an unidentified team of the police force. Later, they meet senior Chinese officials who urge them to leave for Las Vegas to capture Peter Chu (Ma Chi-Leung), a con man who cheated the Chinese government out of Rmb 40 billion in fraudulent projects during the past five years. With the backing of American politicians and mobsters, Chu however is able to avoid extradition. The Chinese authority can do nothing but send special teams over. Yet, cold blooded Chu kills them all…
