Synopsis
Azumi Tsuyoshi, head of the Criminal Affairs Department (otherwise known as Azumi Han) has just succeeded in the group crackdown of stimulant drugs dealers and users in a joint investigation with the Department 5 of Measures against Organized Crime. The head of Department 5, Mayumi Torikai is a very successful police woman who is an expert at drug enforcement. She offers to take Azumi to dinner for doing a good job in the crackdown. At the restaurant, Azumi sees Rieko, a top model, having dinner with fashion designer Ryosuke Sawamura.
