Synopsis
This was a story happened in January 2010. Invite by Sawai (Santamaria Yusuke), Shinto (Eguchi Yosuke) decided to have a brand new career life in Nagasaki, and his first task is to save the St. Maria Hospital that was closed down due to bankruptcy.

Three months after Sawai left, leading by Kojima (Nanako Matsushima), the system of Emergency Center was gradually step on the right track, but still she had to busy over the revolution of old medical equipments.

Kudo (Takuya Ishida) back to work after recovered. In order to treat more patients, the hospital was forced to clear out the ICU. Hence, Kudo and Kamoi (Kie Kitano) transferred some of the patients with minor injury to general wards. A blackout happened out of a sudden, what worse, was the auxiliary power supply was failed to function.

There were patients rely on machine in every ward, it had left all staff with no choice but to replace the equipments with some simple treatment tolls, the center had then turned into a battlefield. With experience of working in Africa, Shinto was able to arrange everything in order and giving instruction to every staff. Sawai joined the team too, and something seemed had changed gradually.
