Synopsis
Sugiyama Saki, a cabin attendant who collapsed at the airport, is brought to Tojo University Hospital's emergency centre. At first, the ambulance's admission is rejected but a person showes his way in. It is the head of the emergency centre, Hayami Koichi. Before long, Taguchi Kohei is summoned in order to locate Sugiyama's outpatient consultation records from two years ago. Then, Shiratori Keisuke from the Ministry of Health,Labour and Welfare suddenly appears and announces, "My snap inspection begins today"!..

Synopsis
