Synopsis
Yobe Kenzo and the Public Safety Department uncover a gang of the terror group called "Wolf Brigade" and at the same time forestall multiple, explosive terror attacks. However, they receive a call from "Red Wolf", the leader of the "Wolf Brigade", who threatens to detonate a new type of explosives if his associates are not released within 24 hours. And so, an investigation begins in order to prevent a destructive terror attach....

Synopsis
