This is the second consecutive post-surgery death. The hospital director Ishizuka (Takahashi Hideki) agonizes over it.

Several days later, soccer player Nakagawa Kosuke, who is expected to make his appearance in the next world cup, is scheduled for surgery for a brain tumor. Ishizuka covers up the post-surgery deaths and asks the doctor of another hospital to perform Nakagawa's surgery. The doctor is Hiyama Fuyumi (Nakama Yukie). Fuyumi had previously been involved in a conspiracy at a university hospital.

In the end, her older sister Kaho (Nishida Naomi) was the one who committed the murder(s) and she carried on her life by moving around to mid-sized hospitals in local towns.
