YEE-SHAN, who runs a hostel and teaches martial arts, lets KAI-CHUNG stay and work as a chef, above which she also takes in a blockhead of dubious background, HO CHING-TUNG (Derek Kok). Who could have thought a group of Hong Kong Kung Fu students would cause such a stir in this previously peaceful secluded getaway? The students include YEE-SHAN's daughter LOK YEUNG (Tavia Yeung), terminally ill boxing champion CHEUNG KA-KONG (Timmy Hung), wealthy heir LO YIK-HIN (Cheung Wing Hong), private bodyguard YEUNG CHING-WU (Toby Leung) and model SIU YUK (Regen Cheung) etc. It turns out that KAI-CHUNG and LOK YEUNG have already known each other in Hong Kong; whereas LOK YEUNG's sudden appearance triggers his grief-stricken memories. Later on, KAI-CHUNG unveils LOK YEUNG's real purpose which is to convince her mother to sell the hostel to a Hong Kong corporation. Pretending to be injured, YEE-SHAN appoints KAI-CHUNG to succeed her, continuing to teach everyone martial arts. On top of that, she even promises LOK YEUNG that she is going to fulfill her wish if LOK YEUNG is able to win the competition within three months. As the course is drawing to a close, CHING-TUNG suddenly becomes normal, and even recognizes who KAI-CHUNG really is. All of a sudden, the whole Wudang Mountains are on the verge of crisis...
