Shu-Chi Liu, a girl has gentle heart and soft as tissue paper, and Xiao-Jie Kao, a playboy who holds a grudge and so despises worldly conventions. They grew up together and Shu-Chi had a crush on Xiao-Jie for many years. It wasn’t until Xiao-Jie met an angelic girl, Wei-Lan, that Shu-Chi finally realizes she doesn’t stand a chance and quickly gives up but a realization that allows Shu-Chi to finally meet the man of her dreams, Xiang-Lei. But when a little girl named Chiu-Chiu who claims to be Xiao-Jie’s daughter accidentally comes into the scene, Shu-Chi is forced to help Xiao-Jie figure out who Chiu-Chiu’s biological mother is and to help Xiao-Jie to marry Wei-Lan in order to save his family business. In the process of searching for Xiao-Jie’s ex-girlfriend, Shu-Chi helps Xiao-Jie untie the knot in his heart and the two couldn’t help but fall in love with each other, yet they don’t have the heart to hurt innocent Wei-Lan… who knew Wei-Lan isn’t actually the innocent angel she seems to be, but a devil of revenge! To protect Shu-Chi, Xiang-Lei takes her away from Taiwan. Shu-Chi and Xiao-Jie separate because of a misunderstanding and reunite after three years, but their life have already been re-shuffled.
